Your Questions Answered...
How should I store it, and what's the shelf life?
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.
Can I take both shots on the same day?
Yes, that's the intended use. Morning Shot to start your day; Night Shot to wind down at night.
What's in the base of the shot?
Both shots are made on a purified water base, combined with active botanicals, electrolytes, and vitamins.
Can I take Rally if I'm on other medication?
Rally is made from natural ingredients, but natural doesn't automatically mean interaction-free. Kanna and ashwagandha in particular can interact with certain medications, including antidepressants, thyroid medication, and sedatives. If you're on any prescription medication, chat to your doctor or pharmacist before adding Rally to your routine.
Does it contain caffeine?
Yes, naturally derived caffeine from green tea extract, standardised to 95% polyphenols. It's a gentle lift, not a coffee-level hit.
Does it contain alcohol?
Yes, the Morning Shot contains a small amount (0.15% v/v ethanol), used as a natural preservative and extraction carrier.
Does Rally contain sugar?
No, Rally is sugar-free. It's sweetened with sucralose.
Do I need to eat before having Rally?
No, you don't need to eat first. The B vitamins are water-soluble and absorb well on an empty stomach. If you have a sensitive stomach, having it with a small snack is fine too.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes, Rally is vegan-friendly.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No, we don't recommend Rally during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Ashwagandha in particular is generally advised against during pregnancy, and there isn't enough safety data on kanna, chamomile, or L-theanine in pregnancy or breastfeeding to say otherwise.
Is it recommended to take it every day?
We recommend 3 to 5 times a week rather than daily. It's not about the electrolytes or magnesium; it's kanna specifically, where there isn't long-term daily-use data yet, so a few rest days a week is a sensible precaution rather than a strict safety rule.
Will the night shot make me groggy next morning?
No. The Night Shot works with your body's natural wind-down process using magnesium, L-theanine, ashwagandha, and chamomile, rather than sedating you artificially. Most people wake up feeling rested, not foggy.
Is Rally Addictive?
No. None of Rally's ingredients are known to cause dependency. The 3 to 5 times a week guidance is about balance, not because your body needs a break from something addictive
